In collaboration with our global network of competent partners, we can implement development projects flexibly, while saving on time and expenses.
We see ourselves as an innovation driver and are always very interested to hear about new approaches to research and potential opportunities for further optimisation. We can work with you to test new technologies and detection systems for reliable use in the area of rapid screening tests, in-vitro diagnostics and on-site analytics and use these to develop new products.
Securetec implements all projects, including development projects, in accordance with our ISO 9001 and EN ISO 13458 certifications and internal SOP specifications. Development projects usually comprise the following phases:
Together with the customer, we develop a specification, which is reviewed from the point of view of basic feasibility.
The new product is developed in accordance with the final specification and the first lab sample is manufactured. As a next step, this is evaluated and optimised.
Together with our partner, we develop a custom product design, which, from the outset, meets both technical requirements and individual customer needs.
We assess the robustness of the product in its application and in the manufacturing process. This guarantees its practical viability, as well as stable, reliable production with continuously high quality.
The new product is gradually transferred to production in the required lot size. This development process is closely monitored by our Quality team. We can also handle the subsequent serial production at our modern production sites.
