Due to our long-time experience we have been able to set up a network of competent partners, allowing the versatile realisation of development projects in a time and cost-effective manner. Securetec will perform customer development projects according to its acquired certification ISO 13485 as well as internal SOP regulations.
Being an enterprise with an innovative product development means that we are constantly interested in new cooperations. Our goal is to assess new technologies and detection systems for their usability for quick screening tests, in vitro diagnostics and point-of-care analysis in co-working projects and to implement them into products.
We will be happy to provide order developments with our proficiencies and experiences. We offer flexible and customised realisation of development projects which will be planned and performed in close coordination with the customer. Development projects will usually be run according to the following stages:
Schedule for a customer development process
During feasibility study a specification will be elaborated in cooperation with the customer, which will be examined for its practicability.
In the developmental stage the new product will be established according to the final specifications, and initial laboratory prototypes will be produced which will be evaluated in the field and thereafter will be optimised.
In cooperation with our partner we will right from the start develop a product design which will address any customer wishes as well as technical requirements at a time.
During evaluation the product will be examined for robustness during end-user applications and the subsequent production process. Thus, practicability as well as stable and reliable production in combination with consistently high quality may be guaranteed.
In the final scale-up process the new product will be put into production with the required magnitude of batch. All developmental steps are monitored by the technicians of our division quality management.
For many years, Securetec has been working closely and successfully with partners from research and industry on various research projects. This collaboration has given rise to the EU-funded CRIM-TRACK project, which seeks to demonstrate a sensor system for the detection of criminal chemical substances.
