DrugWipe A + F: reliable and now even faster
Shorter runtime for fast results and effective screening
A full 3 minutes faster – a milestone not only in the sporting arena but also in drug test evaluation. The proven DrugWipes A and F now display results after just 3 to 5 minutes, compared to the previous wait time of 8 minutes. And the tests are just as reliable and safe as ever.
The DrugWipe A and DrugWipe F drug tests perfectly complement the DrugWipe S saliva test. The A and F tests can be used to test for drugs on surfaces and DrugWipe A also detects drugs in sweat or on the skin. These tests close a potential application gap in situations where samples cannot be taken directly from a person, thereby ruling out the option of saliva testing. In such cases, surface testing is a reliable method of drug detection. For example, samples can be taken from steering wheels in roadside testing to enhance screening.
Easy to use: Drug testing with DrugWipe A and DrugWipe F is easy and uncomplicated. In addition to the drug test itself, all that’s needed is some water – and an ampoule filled with the required amount is already provided in the pack. The result is available in 3 to 5 minutes.
Faster with proven reliability
To make drug tests faster, simpler and more effective for testers and test subjects alike, Securetec improves its tests on an ongoing basis. The latest step-up in performance reduces the test runtime to a maximum of 5 minutes – which is 3 minutes faster than before. Of course, the proven reliability that has been verified in numerous studies1 remains unchanged. The tests are available now. The DrugWipe A and F drug tests work on all surfaces and also detect older traces of drugs.
As with DrugWipe S, these tests maintain privacy for test subjects, prevent manipulation of samples and ensure detection of the specific substances being screened for. Surface testing is regularly used in roadside screening, for testing prisoners and in accident and emergency situations.
Ideal for workplace testing
Surface testing may also be the most suitable method for workplace drug screening. Surface testing offers a solution when privacy issues are a concern, if an individual refuses a saliva test or if an initial suspicion needs to be confirmed. In these instances, samples can be taken from surfaces such as computer keyboards, steering wheel, tools or desks. A positive surface test means that the employer is well prepared for a one‑to-one discussion with the employee.
Securetec offers a highly effective drug testing portfolio, comprising DrugWipe surface tests, as well as skin and saliva tests, which can be used for a wide range of applications with reliable results.
